Experience:
Robert L. “Bob” Kristal has over 29 years of technology and executive management experience. Bob’s diverse background includes working in sales and sales management for NTT/Verio, the world’s largest webhosting company. Managing a software development company and consulting with IBM sales teams throughout the country. In 1980 Bob founded a computer programming and operations school located in Phoenix, Arizona, the school was on the leading edge of technology as the first school in Arizona to provide technical training on the “mini computer platform”, IBM System 34. In 1984 the school expanded and opened a business education division, becoming one of the first schools in the area to train students in word processing on using “micro computers”. In 2003, Bob co-founded NIA Technologies - a Microsoft Certified Partner providing ondemand on-site and remote outsourcing I/T services to business, healthcare, and non-profit organizations.

Bob is absolutely passionate about his work & community, however, his passion for his work pales in comparison to passion for his wife Lynn, and their sons Alex, a junior at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School; and Ross, a senior at the University of Florida. They are his heroes and the motivation for all he does.
